The Feast of Saint Rocco
The Feast of Saint Rocco is held on the second full weekend in August. It is in honor of Saint Rocco, the patron saint of the sick. The opening Mass is at 10:30 a.m., the Sunday prior to the feast. On Saturday on the field, during the feast, at 10:00 a.m., there is a Mass for the Sacrament of the Sick. The closing Mass is on Sunday at 10:30 a.m. The festival is a time for families, friends, and neighbors to gather and enjoy good Italian food and entertainment in a total family-friendly atmosphere.
